My name is Stacey. I am a LMHC and have experience working with clients and who struggle with substance addictions, depression, anxiety, psychosis, and trauma. I also volunteered as a guardian ad litem for 3 years and have been an advocate for children and families that need support. I believe in working together. I feel that a therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of therapy because it should be a place that you feel like you can express any concerns and be supported. I use cognitive behavioral therapy along with mindfulness. I do have other techniques I like to use depending on each of my clients needs.
