Psychotherapist
NC
How I Work: As your therapist, I create a compassionate, judgment-free space where you feel heard, supported, and truly seen. I blend evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and person-centered techniques. Sessions are collaborative—you’re the expert on your life, and I’m here to help you uncover patterns, gain clarity, and find healthier ways to cope, heal, and grow. Who I Help: I work best with pre-teens, teens, college students and adults who have experienced trauma, grief, anxiety, depression or life transitions. I also support parents navigating difficult seasons - whether that’s raising neurodiverse children, coping with loss, or finding balance in blended families. Many of my clients are tired of feeling overwhelmed, people-pleasing, or emotionally stuck. They’re ready to stop surviving and start living with intention. If you are challenged with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or a recent loss. I am here to help! What Makes My Work Unique: Therapy with me is real, relatable, and rooted in purpose. I bring a blend of clinical training and lived experience, and many clients say they feel like they’re talking to someone who truly “gets it.” For those who are interested, I am also trained in Christian Counseling and can integrate faith-based principles into our sessions -just let me know during intake. You don’t have to do this alone, and with the right support, you don’t have to stay where you are. Why I Became a Therapist: My own journey through pain, trauma, and rebuilding led me here. I know what it feels like to carry invisible wounds, to lose people you love, and to question your worth. I became a therapist because I believe no one should walk through those moments alone and healing is possible with the right support!
