Getting to know Stacey Davis

I graduated from Tulane University. My field placement was at the Utah State Prison; working with female inmates. Following graduation I worked in a rural community serving individuals faced with serious mental illness and substance use disorders as well as individuals who were in crisis.Before going to graduate school I worked as a birth and postpartum doula. Over the ten years I practiced as a doula I worked with many moms who faced challenges with maternal mental illness including depression; anxiety and psychosis. The therapy modalities I use include MI; CBT; SFBT; Attachment and family systems.
