Hi there, I'm Stacey! I am a licensed clinical professional counselor with a Master's in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University. I have experience working with all ages and backgrounds. I am nonjudgmental and very understanding of other people's views. My goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible so you can get to a place of healing. My approach I take a client-centered approach to therapy and focus on each client's specific needs. I believe that everyone has the potential to overcome the challenges they face in life, and with the right support and tools, we can make that happen. I also specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy because I believe that changing your way of thinking is the first step to your happiness. My focus I specialize in helping adults and adolescents with ADHD, anxiety, and depression. My communication style Whether you're having a hard time adjusting to changes in life or need help learning that your challenges don't have to be roadblocks, I am here to help. My journey to therapy I have known since I was a child that counseling was the field meant for me. I have always had the ability to see past the mask we wear to appear that everything is good. I am down to earth and will make you feel at home. My goals for you I believe everyone has an innate capacity for positive growth, and my goal as a therapist is to help people cultivate and reach their fullest potential. My first session with you In the first session, we will talk about what brings you to counseling, and you can bring up any questions or concerns you may have about the process. We will also discuss goals you would like to work on.
