Psychotherapist

Hi, I'm Stacey! As a licensed clinical social worker and clinically certified trauma professional, I am dedicated to helping you navigate life's challenges and achieve your full potential. I graduated from Saint Louis University in 2015, and since then, I've been passionate about providing compassionate and effective therapy to those in need. I even founded a non-profit equine therapy program in Farmington, MO, where we use the healing power of horses to support mental health and well-being. My approach to therapy is rooted in cognitive-based techniques, which I find incredibly effective for treating PTSD, depression, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I am here to support you every step of the way. Currently, I am pursuing a certification in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), an evidence-based treatment that is particularly effective for borderline personality disorder, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, and substance abuse. I specialize in working with adolescents and teens, as well as military personnel and veterans. I understand the unique challenges that these groups face and am committed to providing tailored support to meet their needs. Whether you're dealing with stress, trauma, or self-harming behaviors, I am here to help you find your path to healing. Outside of my professional life, I am deeply passionate about the power of animals in therapy and the positive impact they can have on our mental health. This passion led me to create the equine therapy program, which has been a rewarding and transformative experience for many clients. I look forward to working with you and helping you reach your full potential. Let's embark on this journey together and create a brighter future for you. Feel free to reach out and take the first step towards healing and growth.
