Getting to know Stacey Guthrie
Hello, most of my clients call me Dr. Stacey. My practice is in beautiful East TN. I have been in private practice since 2015 but within the profession for 25 years. Life can be filled with challenges and I believe it is more manageable with someone alongside. I address many presenting concerns: For Adults: Addiction, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Life Changes, and Motivation. For Adolescents and Children: ADHD, Anxiety, Grief, Self-Harm, and Trauma. Most find me easy to talk with and leave feeling very supported. I describe my style as integrative by using a blend and a variety of approaches but mainly CBT with narrative sprinkled in are my favorites. My clients are the experts of their lives. I am along for the journey to support and provide insights from another perspective. They get to decide what works best for them.
