Getting to know Stacey Sadoff

I have worked in a variety of mental health settings since 2020 which include a forensic psychiatric hospital, county jail, college campus and community support program. My experience ranges from working with individuals who have severe mental illness to individuals that needed assistance with life struggles. Prior to working in mental health, I worked for a law enforcement agency for several years. I am married with two children and two step-children! I believe one of the most important factors when working with someone is the therapeutic relationship. By creating a positive relationship, it allows the client to feel comfortable with sharing their issues. Being open can assist myself in creating an effective treatment plan and approach to addressing issues/needs of concern. I like to get a good understanding of each clients goals and how they learn best. The therapeutic space is what you would like it to be.
