I am a Limited Permit Marriage and Family Therapist who brings more than 30 years of professional work experience. After retiring in 2022, I pursued my passion for helping others by transitioning into a career dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, families, and underserved communities. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care. I believe in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, experiences, and identities. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and work toward meaningful personal and relational growth.

For that reason, I take a client-centered, systemic approach to therapy that honors your perspectives, beliefs, traditions, and lived experiences. Together, we will explore the factors that shape your experiences while working toward the goals that are most important to you.

Beyond my clinical work, I am deeply committed to community engagement, advocacy, and service. I am passionate about strengthening communities and creating opportunities that promote healing, empowerment, and well-being for all. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported.
