Getting to know Stacey Strehle

Hi, my name is Stacey Strehle, a Licensed Professional Counselor providing online therapy across the state of Pennsylvania. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Eastern Nazarene College. I have been working in the mental health field since 2002 and have experience working with children, adults, and families in a variety of settings. In my practice, I believe everyone is unique, and therapy should be personalized to meet you where you are and utilize your strengths and experiences so that we can work towards your goals. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your story. While integrating evidence-based techniques into my sessions, I also focus on you as a whole person, addressing both mind and body so that you can achieve your goals, increase your confidence, and feel empowered in your daily life. I am accepting and compassionate to all and can provide faith-based counseling at your request.

What should a new client know about working with you?

First and foremost these sessions are for you, it's your time and I want to ensure that you are receiving the best care possible. I won't bore you with psychobabble and tend to be conversational and down to earth in sessions. We will work together to recognize your strengths and use the skills you already have to help you feel more confident to deal with any issues. I'm on this journey with you, to listen, support and teach new skills so you can have the quality of life that you deserve. It's important for me that you feel validated and supported in this journey so I am open to any questions that you might have along the way.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
