As a former educator, I understand how easy it can be to pour into others while neglecting your own emotional well-being. What should a new client know about working with you?

I strive to create a calm and supportive environment where clients feel safe showing up as themselves without fear of judgment. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, or stuck in difficult patterns and transitions. My goal is to help clients feel supported while developing healthier coping skills, improving relationships, increasing self-awareness, and working toward meaningful growth. I value meeting clients where they are while providing both compassion and honesty throughout the counseling process. Clients who wish to incorporate their faith into therapy are welcome to explore emotional healing and spiritual growth together within sessions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first sessions focus on getting to know your story, exploring the challenges bringing you to therapy, and identifying goals that feel meaningful and supportive to you. From there, we work together to better understand emotional patterns, stressors, relationships, and coping strategies while building practical tools that support healing and long-term emotional wellness. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s unique needs, creating space for both reflection and growth at a pace that feels manageable and supportive. For clients seeking Christian counseling, faith and biblical encouragement can be integrated naturally into the therapeutic process alongside evidence-based care.
