What should a new client know about working with you?

Life doesn’t have to be this way. I provide therapy for adults struggling with panic attacks, anxiety, depression, and personality disorders using a combination of tools to address self-sabotaging thoughts and unhelpful ways of coping. Clients walk away from therapy with a new understanding of themselves, a sense of empowerment, and feeling more optimistic.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I am passionate about helping individuals become their own therapist, to have a better understanding of what is causing and maintaining the problem so we can work to interrupt that cycle. I offer weekly/bi-weekly appointments and free daily consultations for adults (age 18+).
