This approach often empowers clients to move forward with the changes they want to see in their lives. My focus I have experience working with adults, teenagers, and older adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, parenting challenges, PTSD, marital and divorce issues, somatization, aging, adoption/foster care, grief, and more. My style is calm and engaging, which helps put others at ease-especially when learning new ways of thinking and processing trauma.
