Getting to know Stacie Hopkins

Life for children, adolescents, and young adults can present many unique challenges. My job as a therapist is to assist with those developmental concerns, whether it's school stress, feelings of depression and anxiety, bullying, or self-esteem issues. I love being able to work with my clients using a variety of evidence-based techniques, including but not limited to play therapy, music therapy, art therapy, CBT, and client-centered approaches. I want to empower my clients to not only find their voice but also to handle any challenges life throws their way as they grow. I hold an MEd in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mississippi, which has equipped me with the skills to support my clients effectively. I look forward to working with you!

What should a new client know about working with you?

During the first two sessions, I’ll spend time getting to know you and building a therapeutic relationship. I want to ensure our therapy process is significant to your needs and goals. The following sessions will focus on building communication and learning coping skills to utilize in varies environments.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
