Stacy Anderson, LCSW

Stacy Anderson, LCSW

Psychotherapist
UT
I earned a B.S. degree from Weber State University in 1992 with a dual major in Social Work and Family Studies, followed by a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Utah State University in 2011. I bring more than 30 years of professional experience to my practice. My career with the Utah Department of Workforce Services has given me extensive opportunities to work with single parents, children, and individuals facing challenges related to poverty, domestic violence, abuse, and other barriers to independence and well-being. My background includes over 20 years of case management experience, five years in supervisory roles, and my current position as a Licensed Clinical Therapist with the Department of Workforce Services. In addition, my husband and I own and operate Cornerstone Clinical Services, an outpatient mental health practice serving our local community. I believe that healing and meaningful change are possible for everyone. Using a strengths-based, client-centered approach, my goal is to support your personal growth and help you navigate the distressing or traumatic experiences that may be impacting your life. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Motivational Interviewing.
