My focus I work with adults, children, and families, addressing relationship problems, ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, personality disorders, and bipolar disorder. My communication style I provide a relaxed, open environment where you are free to express your thoughts and experiences. I encourage open communication and assertiveness while offering empathy, support, and encouragement throughout your journey. My journey to mental healthcare Helping others has always been a passion of mine. I began working with children and have since gained experience in various settings, including hospitals, prisons, community programs, and schools. This diverse background has given me a broad understanding of how mental illness is treated across different environments. Regardless of the setting, my constant focus has been empowering others to learn how to help themselves. My goals for you Goal setting is a vital part of therapy.
