Hi, I’m Stacy. I’m so glad you’re here. I know that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and never judged. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), DBT-Certified therapist, with specialized training in eating disorders and substance use.

I work with individuals, couples, children, and adolescents, and I take a collaborative, personalized approach to therapy. I believe that each person’s story is unique, and I’ll meet you where you are—whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other evidence-based approaches, I help clients build practical tools to manage emotions, strengthen relationships, and cope with life’s challenges. Whether you’re navigating disordered eating, substance use, relationship struggles, or difficult emotions, we’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you. I truly believe that change is possible, and that you don’t have to go through this alone.
