Psychotherapist
2624 Kensington Dr Ste 103, Smith, TX
I’m Stacy Huddleston, Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Therapist, and I’ve dedicated my career to helping people feel seen, supported, and restored. I work with adults and couples who may be facing grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or relationship and family struggles. My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin the healing process. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I draw on evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, but I also believe that real progress happens when therapy feels like a genuine conversation. For clients who wish, I can also integrate a Christian faith perspective to bring additional encouragement and hope into the process, always guided by your comfort and preferences. I hold certifications in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Clinical Trauma, Grief Counseling, Addiction-Informed Care, and Dementia Care. I also have specialized training in supporting individuals and families navigating Alzheimer’s disease and other geriatric mental health conditions. These areas of focus allow me to meet clients where they are with compassionate, informed care. I was drawn to this work after years of walking alongside people during some of life’s hardest seasons and witnessing the strength that comes from being truly understood. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, supporting community events, and finding peace in the outdoors. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn, know that you don’t have to walk through it alone, I’m here to walk with you.
