Meet Your Guide to Mental Wellness With a decade of dedicated experience in the mental health field, I bring a wealth of expertise in treating a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and grief. I am licensed in the state of Florida in Mental Health Counseling and I am also certified by the state of Florida to treat Addiction and Substance Use Disorders both nationally and internationally. I am also a Certified Grief Educator trained by David Kessler. I serve as a guide and companion to people navigating loss, helping them understand their grief and build a meaningful life that honors their loved ones. I have done extensive work in the treatment and understanding of grief and have worked specifically with those who have experienced the loss of a child. My clients are individuals who are bravely navigating significant life challenges and transitions. They are people who may be feeling lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected—searching for a deeper sense of self and purpose. They are ready to do the work to heal from past wounds, overcome current obstacles, and step into a brighter future. My practice is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to meet you exactly where you are and be a light in the dark to guide you forward. I specialize in moving beyond symptom management to foster deep, lasting change.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
