Getting to know Stacy Judah

I specialize in developing positive relationships with clients based on mutual respect, trust, and transparency to help them reach the place they desire to be. As an experiential therapist, my role is to guide you in connecting with the deeper parts of yourself by identifying the root cause of the issue, exploring negative cycles, accessing both superficial and underlying feelings, and redefining the problem to help you reconnect with disowned aspects of yourself. Together, we develop a plan that addresses the root cause of your concerns. In therapy sessions, we explore feelings, body sensations, thoughts, and behaviors. The experiential therapy process encourages clients to feel, explore, and expand upon their experiences through various techniques, including dream analysis, personal history, interpersonal relationships, motivations, self-esteem, hopes, and dreams. I hold a Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University, as well as Master's degrees in Counseling and Social Service from California State University, East Bay.
