“Stacy was incredibly supportive and instrumental as I worked through decisions about my career. She provided space for me to process openly, while also asking thoughtful, insightful questions that helped guide me toward clarity in my professional path. In addition, she offered a listening ear as I navigated frustrating situations and complex family dynamics as a newly married person adjusting to relationships with in-laws. Stacy is real and honest and got me to a really good place of confidence. Additionally, Stacy has a wide network of professionals and helped connect me with someone who diagnosed me with ADHD in my late 20s, which gave me so many answers to things I have been dealing with my whole life that I ignored. Highly highly recommend!”

“Stacy is an excellent therapist and adds a lot of value to my life. I recently went through several life altering events that have been tough to navigate on my own. Stacy has been very helpful by first and foremost listening. She has also helped me to understand that I am not alone with these issues and provides a good sounding board and offers useful guidance. As part of this I have lost a lot of important longer term relationships with family and romantic partners as a result of Covid and related life circumstances. So much of my life is about starting over again alone which can seem hopeless at times. Stacy is an excellent resource who is “in my corner” and helps me to not define my life by what has happened to me but rather by how I respond and deal with things moving forward. I would absolutely refer Stacy to friends and family seeking a a qualified and well trained mental health professional”
