I am an LCSW with a variety of experience in hospitals and mental health clinics. A major focus of my work has been helping clients develop healthy coping skills to manage mental health symptoms and life stressors. I received my Masters Degree from the University of Kansas, and I have been a therapist in both Missouri and Kansas for 17 years. I am trained in CBT and EMDR and provide individual therapy to adults. My previous work has included working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and OCD.
