I integrate evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to support meaningful growth and lasting change. I'm also trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences.
