Welcome! I am a mental health clinician licensed in Florida with extensive experience. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary. I have had the privilege of working with clients on a wide range of concerns, including substance abuse and addiction, depression, personality disorders, relationship issues, career challenges, anxiety, ADHD, autism, domestic violence, trauma, and abuse. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Mindfulness-based techniques in my treatment plans.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients can expect to experience a safe environment to express thoughts and feelings, make observations about behavior patterns, and receive worksheets to review in between sessions.
