Hi! I'm Stacy, a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern based in Miami, FL, and I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. Life can feel like a lot. I understand those feelings because I struggle as well trying to juggle multiple roles and feel the weight of trying to do it all. That's why I strive to create a space where you don't have to pretend everything is fine. You can show up exactly as you are, and we'll work through it together. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and down to earth. We'll spend time understanding what's contributing to what you're experiencing while also building practical tools that help you feel more confident and grounded in your daily life. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Healing isn't about having all the answers. It's about taking one step at a time, and you don't have to do that alone. I believe in finding joy in the little things, and I love helping my clients do the same. Reaching out for support is hard, but it's also the first step toward feeling better and getting clarity.
