Life can become overwhelming. We experience trauma and loss, end relationships, and have feelings that are uncomfortable to face alone. Fortunately, you do not have to face it all on your own. I can relate to the hardships that come along with day-to-day living. I have focused on my own personal journey in order to be an authentic therapeutic support for you. I am dedicated to helping you overcome your unique barriers, whether it is divorce, infant loss, addiction, relational issues, depression, or anxiety. I will help you focus on your individualized goals, striving for stability and contentment. I have served North Central Pennsylvania for over 23 years as a social worker. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Marywood University. My husband and I decided to move forward with Aspiring Growth LLC to provide clients with the opportunity to take control of their lives again. We serve clients virtually in Pennsylvania and Georgia. I strive to ensure each of my clients is empowered throughout treatment. Therapy is a personal and unique journey for the individual choosing to take control of their life. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to help you along your journey. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a research-based treatment option for trauma recovery. We can evaluate if this may be a therapeutic option for you during a free consultation.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I take a nonjudgmental approach with my clients. I understand that it is a huge decision to seek therapy and I strive to make this a very comfortable experience for you. I have you start off with informing me of your story, why you are seeking therapy, and what you would like to see change. Together we will create the perfect treatment plan for you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your sessions will be virtual which will allow you to find a comfortable and familiar spot to have therapy. Your initial assessment is the time for me to begin to get to know you. My common treatment approaches are Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), strength based, and reality therapy.
