What should a new client know about working with you?

Through telehealth sessions, I aim to create a supportive and empowering space for individuals navigating depression, anxiety, adhd, and the desire for personal growth. I also specialize in working with parents who seek to have conversations around balancing parenthood and finding ones self again after entering this new chapter.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together we will work towards identifying strengths, cultivating resilience, and fostering positive change. You can expect to leave being able to navigate challenges on your own and identify patterns in behaviors. You have made it this far so give yourself praise.
