Mr. Metzger has worked in the field of mental health for over 30 years, specializing in the area of child and adolescent psychotherapy, as well as interventions with college students, adults, and families. Additional areas that he has specialized training in include ADHD and learning assessments, as well as substance abuse. He frequently treats ADHD, disruptive behavior disorders, anxiety and depressive disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and substance abuse.
Mr. Metzger earned a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Evansville and a M.S. in Social Work from the University of Louisville. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Evansville.
Mr. Metzger is licensed by the state of Indiana in several areas including Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Clinical Addictions Counseling.
Mr. Metzger has been recognized by the National Association of Social Workers as a member of the Academy of Certified Social Workers, as well as a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work.
