The thing that stood out the most about Star is she LISTENS.

There were connection issues for 2 out of 3 appointments on her end while my end had no issues. Was late by 3rd appointment and left off early after transferring me to a phone call without video. She is not the one who is going to help with adhd. Maybe fine if you just want to chat about mild depression. Offered to send me resources via email but never followed through. Ultimately told me to make a list of tasks that I needed to complete like I haven’t been told that ten thousand times in therapy before. Not helpful in the slightest and just created more frustration on my end. Normally I don’t bother to take the time to leave reviews but I was so desperate for help and I don’t want anyone to get their hopes up like I did.
