In our first session together, here's what you can expect The first session will be spent getting to know about you, discussing your goals for therapy, The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions Clients often tell me that I create a safe space for them to open up. I am empathetic I truly enjoy meeting each of my unique clients and seeing them grow and feel more positive about themselves. The clients I'm best positioned to serve If you are struggling with distressing thoughts, sadness, putting everyone's needs before your own, not being understood, or that something might be wrong or different about you, I can help you navigate these struggles. You may have a negative view about yourself, maybe you have been told that you are "too emotional" or you question if you are exaggerating what you have been through. I can be by your side as we explore these thoughts and come up with a plan gain healthier coping skills and see your worth. You matter and your feelings are valid!

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
