My style is calm and supportive, creating a safe space where you can pause, take a breath, and work through what feels heavy or overwhelming. What should a new client know about working with you?

New clients should know that I bring a calm and supportive presence to therapy. I strive to create a safe space where you can take a breath, slow down, and sort through what feels overwhelming. My approach is both compassionate and direct—I will listen deeply, but I’ll also gently challenge you when it helps you gain clarity and move forward.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When I begin working with clients, my first priority is getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. In our initial sessions, we’ll talk about your goals, what feels challenging, and what you hope to get out of our work together. I want you to feel comfortable, heard, and supported as we build a strong foundation for our work. From there, we’ll create a plan tailored to your needs. My approach is collaborative—I’ll check in regularly to make sure therapy feels helpful and aligned with your goals. As we move forward, we’ll work on developing insight, exploring patterns, and practicing practical strategies you can use outside of sessions to feel more grounded and empowered in daily life.
