Her therapeutic style integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to support emotional growth and long-term wellness. She also has experience supporting individuals within the adoption and foster care community as well as patients with developmental disabilities. In addition to her primary specialties, Starsha offers support for childhood behavioral concerns, grief, alcohol and drug use issues, and additional mental health needs. Starsha earned her undergraduate degree from Earlham College and continued her counseling education at Wright State University. She began practicing in 2025 and is committed to continuing her growth as a mental health professional serving communities throughout Ohio. Outside of her clinical work, Starsha enjoys reading, writing short stories, creating art projects, and spending time with family.
