Patients can expect to have a judgement free environment that allows them to comfortably express themselves, identify their stressors and discover strength.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session involves the completion of a psychosocial assessment, which allows me to find out who the patient is, their presenting problem and the challenges that brought them to therapy; Sessions can occur over the phone or through video call depending on what is most convenient for the patient.
