I am a passionate and committed therapist who enjoys working with the LGBTQ+ community, men's issues, couples, young adults, anxiety, depression, confidence issues, and life transitions. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University. My commitment is to provide a secure and nurturing environment where clients can safely explore their innermost thoughts and feelings. I am trained in the Gottman Method for couples seeking to better their relationship and gain a deeper understanding of who they are.

In my counseling practice, I work to provide a serene and relaxed atmosphere where clients can freely express themselves without fear of judgment. Whether in-person or virtually, I prioritize creating a space where individuals feel at ease to explore their emotions. Your comfort is my top priority, and I am dedicated to ensuring that every therapy session in my office is a welcoming and comforting experience."

Clients should understand that working with me is a collaborative journey focused on their well-being and growth. I am to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I am trained to offer empathy, understanding, and support without passing judgment. Every individual is unique, and so is their journey to mental wellness. I will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs, goals, and preferences. My goal is to provide a collaborative environment where we work on helping you heal and grow.

Stefan is a great listener. As I was giving him history from the past he was able to help me compare those things in the present. With his guidance I have been able to figure out changes that I felt was needed to improve my life. He wasn't trying to give me the answers but wanted me to figure them out. Basically he could have told me what was wrong but until I see and admit what's wrong, only then we can work on fixing it.
