Hi, I'm Stef. I work with adults, new parents, and teens navigating life transitions, anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, and generational trauma.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative - with an emphasis on building awareness and insight. As a registered yoga teacher, I also bring knowledge and emphasis on movement, self-awareness, and the mind-body connection into my work.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, self-aware, and empowered. You'll gain tools to manage anxiety, navigate transitions, and challenge negative self-talk- but more importantly, you'll start to better understand why those patterns show up in the first place. I'll help you explore your story with curiosity, not judgment, so you can create more clarity, confidence, and connection in your everyday life.
