I'm Stef, a licensed clinical social worker and registered yoga teacher. I work primarily with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or stretched too thin by the demands of life. I also specialize in women's mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. I became a therapist because I know how easy it is to get caught up in taking care of everyone else while ignoring your own needs. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I am warm, direct, and genuine. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and sometimes includes humor when it helps. My background in both mental health and yoga informs the way I work. While we'll focus on understanding thoughts, emotions, and patterns, I also pay attention to how stress shows up in the body and how healing often involves reconnecting with ourselves as a whole person.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
