Over the past five years, I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse array of clients, who have trusted me to help them move towards healing and a more secure sense of self. I look forward to utilizing this experience to create a warm, calm, comfortable and rejuvenating atmosphere, where we can collaborate with the mutual goals of exploration, discovery, recovery and healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we will start by reviewing your history, life experiences and current struggles in order to collaboratively create a plan for treatment, which will guide us in our future sessions together.
