I am a fun-loving, energetic, and passionate host. Both inside and outside of the therapy room, I am a space creator. I enjoy hosting parties and events, transforming intimate spaces to create experiences full of connection, fun, stimulation, warmth, and authenticity. I love to travel, theater, dance, and DIY projects and crafts. As a therapist with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Valdosta State University and a Bachelor’s from Fort Valley State University, I practice what I preach and will not tell you to do something I wouldn’t do myself.
