She believes in treating all people with dignity and respect while being sensitive and compassionate to your thoughts, beliefs and goals. Stefanie utilizes Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, Person Centered Therapy, Family System Trauma Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy. Together we will develop a treatment plan to best fit your individual needs and identify solutions that you will be able to implement on your own, making you the expert during your mental health journey.
