Getting to know Stephanie Billman

Hello, my name is Stephanie and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. My experience includes working with adolescents, adults, couples and families with various psychiatric needs to include: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, panic disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, dissociative disorders, self esteem and co-occurring disorders. I utilize different therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy , CBT, TF-CBT, Christian counseling, art therapy, mindfulness techniques and guided imagery. My experience includes private practice, public speaking, adjunct professor and working for 3 psychiatric hospitals, both in Arizona and Florida. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with individuals who trust me with their story, and am dedicated to be a part of your mental health journey to recovery.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
