I work with children, adolescents and adults navigating burnout, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and chronic stress. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I like to take a very relaxed approach and like to bring humor to my sessions wen possible and appropriate. Our time together is about you and how to get you to the best you possible.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session is very laid back. For young children it may be playing games, drawing or coloring. This allows children to feel comfortable to open up about things they want to talk about. For teens and young adults it may be talk therapy at a pace you feel comfortable. I also incorporate worksheets and relaxation techniques when appropriate.
