I am a clinical social worker who has works with adults struggling with things like posttraumatic stress, depression, anxiety disorders, emotion dysregulation, codependency, and shame. I have a validating approach to help you feel empowered and confident in your own abilities as a human being. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, with experience working with transgender individuals. I am trained in various therapy modalities, such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, and somatic approaches. I'd like to say I am a down to earth person in my sessions, and I also love seeing pets on camera.
