Stephanie Causey is the best therapist I've seen being diagnosed with depression over 25 years ago. She's the first therapist who took the time to take a deep dive into my past (going all the way back to my early childhood) so she could identify where my deep rooted trauma manifested itself & create an action plan for how we can go about coming to terms with it & eventually have me coming out on the other side mentally healthier than ever. I can't recommend her more highly enough!!
