Getting to know Stephanie Crossman
I am a registered Art Therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University, currently working with individuals virtually in the state of Florida. I use a humanistic approach, seeing the good and potential in all people, to work alongside clients as they are on their healing journey in a judgment-free space. I draw on experiences gained in various settings to support clients within sessions. I am passionate about getting to the "root" of the issue with the goal of true healing and the ability to move forward, utilizing traditional talk therapy, art and expressive therapy, and Traumatic Incident Reduction to achieve individualized goals.
After booking, Tava Health will text and email you a link to complete registration and join your video therapy session. Once registered, you'll be able to log in to Tava to join your session, book additional sessions, and message your therapist. Appointments are for talk therapy over video. This therapist cannot provide medication prescriptions, emotional support animal (ESA) letters, or immigration psychological evaluations.
