Not great at listening and gives unhelpful advice, seems uninterested, almost half asleep. I booked a session for one hour, but the sessions are only 30 minutes, which they don't tell you when you are booking. Not really enough time to get anywhere.

The provider didn’t take a look at my intake form, which was concerning. It also was unclear from the booking that it was only a 30min session instead of 45-60 min like every other therapist i’ve worked with over the years.

It’s was a virtual appointment and the connection was pretty bad. I have to keep repeating myself in the appointment. Not sure if the therapist was lying on sofa or her bed but I would appreciate professional manners by sitting up?
