As your therapist and partner in this work, I hold a safe space for you to approach your struggles by working together to understand your goals, develop greater insight, and create the coping skills and strategies for a more satisfying and emotionally harmonious life.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and completed my Master's in Counseling Psychology at National University in San Diego, California. I have experience working collaboratively with families, couples, and individuals across a spectrum of ages, including childhood, adolescence, and adulthood. My work focuses on those struggling with anxiety, depression, negative thoughts, relationship problems, and issues of self-esteem and identity. My approach is one of respectfulness and warmth, incorporating modalities such as DBT, CBT, humanistic, psychodynamic, and family systems.
