With a background in both psychoanalysis and cognitive behavioral therapy, I believe in using these approaches interchangeably to provide quality and thorough therapy to my clients. I firmly believe that success in therapy is grounded in these two approaches, where the goal is for you to understand how your thoughts impact your feelings, and how your feelings, in turn, impact your behavior.
