Hi, my name is Stephanie! Grief is not something we experience in a cookie-cutter manner. If you are struggling through any form of loss-whether loss of a loved one, identity, or pet-you don't have to do it alone. Sitting with grief takes strength and vulnerability, which is something we can discover and process together. Discovering your sense of self and identity, particularly during a transitional time in your life, can trigger untapped emotions. This may include discovering layers of shame. Together, we can create a safe space to explore all aspects of who you are. My background is in dance/movement therapy, and I hold a Master's degree in Dance/Movement Therapy from Antioch University New England. I love to incorporate all realms of creativity into sessions. I use a body-focused lens in my practice, which can lead to a more intimate connection with the self.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
