Life can be extremely difficult to navigate at times, especially when going through major life transitions. These things can greatly impact our well-being, especially if we do not have the proper tools to work through them. It can seem impossible to deal with these life stressors and escape from the overwhelming feelings that accompany them. I can help guide your mental health journey and together we can learn how to Maleage the challenges life throws at you. In 2010, I graduated from Texas A&M University–Central Texas with a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. Now as a licensed professional counselor (LPC), I have been working in mental health for 10 years. I primarily work with clients experiencing depression, bipolar, PTSD, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders. Prior to becoming licensed, I worked at a residential treatment center helping youth with mental health disorders, specifically eating disorders. I focus on adults using cognitive-behavioral therapy to help the individuals I serve think about the issues they’re facing through a different lens. By changing the way you think, you can feel empowered to enact great change in your life. I will always strive to develop a trusting relationship in which you feel heard. Together, we can break down the barriers holding you back from the goals you wish to achieve.
