“Ms. Faust is an open, honest, and caring therapist. She listens (even if I just talk the whole time), and will ask pointed questions that make me really thing about things that are going on in my head. I really like her, she is also not judgy, and laughs at my lame jokes.”

Getting to know Stephanie Faust

I am an LCSW licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. I have been licensed since 2014 and have worked in the behavioral health field for over 20 years. I have a passion for my career and truly enjoy helping others meet their goals and become their best selves. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Temple University. Throughout my professional career, I have had many opportunities to expand my clinical skill set and therapeutic knowledge. I have worked with a variety of clients of different ages, diagnoses, and cultures. Currently, my main focus is helping clients with stress and anxiety disorders, depression, anger management, family concerns, and couples concerns. I have been trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and work therapeutically with clients and couples on appropriate communication and conflict resolution.

What should a new client know about working with you?

From the very first session, I focus on helping the client establish a safe and trusting therapeutic environment. We will work together to gather background information, concerns, and strengths in order to develop the most appropriate treatment goals. In the process of gathering intake information we will discuss treatment modalities, frequency, and duration and what goals YOU have for yourself in this process. As treatment progresses, we will consistently check in to see how you feel treatment is going to determine if services needs to be changed or if you feel you are on the right path to emotional healthiness.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
