Stephanie Gaete, LCSW

Psychotherapist
1266 E. Main Street, Stamford, CT
My mission embraces and encourages individuals to express, liberate and explore. Through engaging in these 3 actions, individuals are given the opportunity to reflect on who they were, are and would like to be-and how to accomplish this. Through incorporating “systems theory”, it acknowledges there are endless environments you are part of which can have an impact on who you are and your life as a whole. In using a “person centered” approach, you are empowered to tell your story, because it is YOURS to tell while receiving support and guidance.
